TCSE, Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship, A national organization based in Tunis and working on Social Entrepreneurship is recruiting a Project Manager for a European – North African project promoting social entrepreneurs’ mobility.
Duties and responsibilities
The project manager will report directly to the program Director. He/she will be responsible for coordinating the management of all incoming entrepreneurs and all the project activities.
As such, he/she will:
– Find host companies for incoming entrepreneurs
– Ensure all activities linked to promoting the program (training session, studies, follow-up…)
– Manage entrepreneurs’ arrival, welcoming, stay, departure and all logistics aspects such as accommodation
– Successfully manage the relationships with the clients and all team members (being the referent person)
– Report to management as needed (do weekly reporting …)
– Coordinate the work to make sure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
– Establish and maintain relationships with all third parties
– Ensure that beneficiaries (host companies, foreign entrepreneurs …) are satisfied and conduct satisfaction survey
Qualifications and required skills
– Educational background in management
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Time management
– Organized and reactive
– Sensitive to cultural diversity
– Excellent Computer literacy
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience.
Work conditions: Coworking space Working language: French and English
Location: Tunis + Mobility in some regions (Mahdia, Sidi Bouzid…)
Duration: 4 months (possible extension to 6 months). To start working by February 1st, 2016.
