How to develop the entrepreneurial personality in youth

1. Background :

WeYouth Organization is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political organization established since 2013. Our mission is to foster the autonomy, participation, and leadership of young people in Tunisia. WeYouth operates in various strategic areas, including civic engagement, peacebuilding, gender equality and social inclusion, youth economic empowerment, and education. Our commitment is to support the positive development of young individuals, equipping them with the tools they need to play an active role in creating more inclusive and dynamic communities.

WeYouth organization is seeking to conduct an in-depth study on the current state of vocational training in Tunisia, with a particular focus on the Sfax region. This study aims to understand the effectiveness, accessibility, and outcomes of vocational training programs, identifying key challenges and opportunities for improvement.

•  About the project :

Tadhamon is a project funded by the Islamic Development Bank, aimed at supporting the entrepreneurial environment for youth within vocational training centers in Sfax.

To enhance the VET entrepreneurship ecosystem in Tunisia, this pilot project will contribute to mobilizing different VET stakeholders and the business ecosystem and support innovation inside VET institutions. Furthermore, the project will apply capacity building, mindset enhancement methodologies, capitalization of resources and advocacy to create an innovative entrepreneurship environment among 3 VET institutions in the region of Sfax

WeYouth is looking for a trainer to design a workshop on: How to develop the entrepreneurial personality in youth.

3 . Deliverables:

The expert is expected to deliver the following:

– 3-hour training session: The trainer is required to design and facilitate a workshop aimed at exploring or highlighting the entrepreneurial mindset among young students in vocational training centers.

– Final training report after 48 hours of session.

4.Qualifications:

– In-depth knowledge and expertise in facilitation techniques.

– Proven  more than 5 years’ experience in delivering training programs and workshops, particularly with youth

– Strong communication and presentation skills.

– Ability to create an interactive and engaging learning environment.

– Familiarity with assessment methods and tools to measure the impact of training programs.

– Experience in mentoring and supporting youth

5.Type of contract:

Service contract .
