The ICRC Delegation in Libya – temporarily located in Tunis – seeks to fill the following position: Protection Data Manager

The position is based in Tunis

The Protection Data Manager works in support of the senior Protection Data Manager. The Data Team is responsible for providing contextualized technical advice and support in protection data management.

Main  Tasks

• Carries out data processing; applies and updates data-entry procedures
• Supports the ICRC delegation in its day to day work by answering queries and monitoring the quality of its database
• Monitors the coherence and consistency of the management of protection data, ensuring it is done according to ICRC standards
• Provides regional and global statistics and analytical reports
• Advises and provides support on data processing, technical use of institutional software, office management, and training in data management
