Please proceed with the publication of the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). In addition, we kindly ask you to clearly include the following mandatory instructions for all suppliers within the advertisement and publication notice:

Mandatory Submission Requirements:

Suppliers must ensure that:

• All RFQ documents are fully completed, signed, and stamped with official company stamp.
• All required fields are filled clearly, including:
  • Company details
  • Pricing and quantities
  • Delivery timelines
• Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (all taxes included in the quoted price).

Mandatory Supporting Documents:

Suppliers must submit the following documents along with their quotation:

• Company profile
• Valid RNE (or recently issued extract)
• Valid Tax Certificate
• Copy of ID or Passport of:
  • Legal Representative
  • Deputy/Vice Legal Representative

Please ensure that these requirements are clearly stated to avoid incomplete submissions and ensure compliance.
