Tender notice for the development of an online platform for information dissemination in Libya  

NRC is seeking to engage the services of reputable, licensed, and registered

consultant (Company or Individual service providers) for its digital transformation in Libya. The consultancy aims at the development of an online platform for the dissemination of information on a variety of legal topics. Using KOBLI CMS software, the consultant will lead the design, development, deployment, publicizing and initial maintenance of the information portal, in alignment with NRC’s global digital strategy. The role involves technical coordination, content management, training and capacity building, stakeholder engagement, launching and managing online ad campaigns, and ensuring the platform’s sustainability.

Submission details:

NRC Libya will follow the two envelop process for this procurement. Therefore, please submit your quotation following the requirements detailed in the RFQ.
