TCSE, Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship, a national organization based in Tunis and working on Social Entrepreneurship is recruiting a Program Manager for its new community-led innovation space LINGARE in Mahdia.

Duties and responsibilities

The program Manager will report directly to the CEO and the Program Coordinator. She/He will be responsible for developing and managing programs at LINGARE innovation space and will also suggest actions to promote TCSE’s programs and activities as well as social innovation in Mahdia.

Your Mission:

• Program, design and deliver innovative programming in LINGARE
• Develop monitoring and evaluation systems to fulfill TCSE’s mission in LINGARE and promote social innovation
• Ensure that the programming is sustainable

Your Main Responsibilities: Managing and growing TCSE’s programs in LINGARE

• Contributing to fundraising, monitoring and reporting for each of our programs
• Sourcing staff, volunteers and experts for our programs
• Setting up monitoring and evaluation systems for each of our programs
• Designing and delivering training workshops for staff, partners and the public
• Establish prices (in collaboration with the office manager, the program coordinator and the CEO)
• Identifying and recruiting high-impact startups
• Designing tailored programs for our incubatees
• Tracking and monitoring incubatees

The TCSE expects the Program Manager to:

• Have an outstanding personality to successfully manage the relationships with all team members, partners, incubatees and establish networking
• Have an interest in Entrepreneurship and specially social Entrepreneurship
• Deliver tasks on time, within scope and within budget

Work conditions: Co-working space in Mahdia. This position doesn’t require someone who is initially based in Mahdia. TCSE can provide a room / shared room at its staff apartment. Working days include weekends.

Working language: French, English and Arabic.

Location: Mahdia + Mobility in some regions (Tunis, Sidi Bouzid, Kasserine, Jandouba…).

Duration: 1 year (CDD). To start working by April 1st, 2016.
