TCSE, Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship, a national organization based in Tunis and working on Social Entrepreneurship is recruiting an Office Manager for its new community-led innovation space LINGARE in Mahdia.

Duties and responsibilities

The Office Manager will report directly to the CEO and the Program Coordinator. She/he will be responsible for Office Management and Administration of LINGARE, in addition to all communications, Public Relations, social media, events and content creation promoting LINGARE.

As such, the role’s responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the co-working space in a funny and responsible way: Manage contacts, requests and payments, Organize planning (calendar…), Offer services and be available for co-workers,  provide secure and clean spaces
  • Creating a Community around LINGARE: Content creation (LINGARE CHARTER…), Social media marketing, Events and events planning, Public relations (Develop partnership…), Customer relations, Communication/marketing strategy, Business development

The TCSE expects the Office Manager to:

  • Have an outstanding personality to successfully manage the relationships with all team members and establish networking  
  • Have an interest in Entrepreneurship and specially social Entrepreneurship
  • Ensure that LINGARE is a sustainable project  (cost structure, outcomes, impact, community…)
  • Deliver tasks on time, within scope and within budget

Work conditions: Coworking space in Mahdia

Working language: French, English and Arabic

Location: Mahdia + Mobility in some regions (Tunis, Sidi Bouzid, Kasserine, Jandouba…).

Duration: 1 year (CDD). To start working by April 1st, 2016.

Critères d'éligibilité

  • Undergraduate degree in communication, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, management.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience managing social media platforms or communities brands.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent Computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills in French and English
  • Empathic attitude, helpful Well organized, proactive, responsible
  • Sensitive to cultural diversity
