OBJECTIVE
Support TAMS’s team in organizing the communication strategy through developing key marketing, communications materials and managing activities outreach and visibility.
He / she will have the mission to:
Development, implementation and monitoring of the TAMSS Virtual communication strategy :
- Review TAMSS various communication tools (website, social networks pages, newsletters, brochures) and deliver upgrading
- Managing the Branding Strategy
- Web, Facebook and Twitter management for X months
- Write and disseminate press releases to local, regional and/or international media as appropriate.
Managing the communication matters for an event (donors’ fair)
- Define objectives, targets and communication tools of an event
- Promote the event: Write press releases, press kits and ensure the participation of media
- Agenda overview and review: Insure a flow consistency to the overall agenda, Deliver a more presentable and readable agenda
- Booklet design: A document that contains the agenda, the map, Agenda explanation block by block, Useful info and contacts.
- Design the needed communication tools
TAMSS project documentation:
- Establish a TAMSS library with booklets about each project
Minimum Expected results: (more will be discussed after meetings and discussions)
- Updated and revised TAMSS Social Media tools and website
- TAMSS Branding defined and established
- Promotional campaign for the donors fair through Fb , tweeter and Youtube successfully conducted
- Media coverage for the donors fair with at least two appearance in the national media secured
- Online platform that gather Mentor partners created and is operational
- Prepare a project by project booklets about each of pre-selected TAMSS projects that highlights the processes and achievements
