USAID’s Tunisia Accountability, Decentralization and Effective Municipalities (TADAEEM) Project is a 4-year project that aims to help the Government of Tunisia decentralize governance to the institutions closest to its citizenry and continue to strengthen its nascent democracy. Deloitte, alongside a team of subcontractors, will work to enhance citizen participation in the process of governance as well as the government’s capacity to deliver the services that citizens prioritize. The Project team will work in 11 governorates, 31 adjacent municipalities, and with the central government in Tunis to ultimately strengthen the ecosystem of stakeholders and institutions across the country through four regional hub offices located in Kef, Kairouan, Gabes and Tozeur, supported by headquarters in Tunis.
The Software engineer (.NET) will be part of the development team, which will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging and implementing full lifecycle GIS open source solutions using Microsoft.NET technology and GIS tools. Utilizing a Software Development Life Cycle, the Software Engineer will work with technical and non-technical individuals associated with defining business and technical requirements to develop new functions or redesign/consolidate existing processes.
This position will be mainly responsible for following:
The Software Engineer will report to the IT Manager and to the Senior Governance Advisor as needed.
