FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) invites qualified, reputable, and eligible companies to submit  applications for Pre-Qualification as Suppliers and Service Providers for operations in Tunisia.  

Successful applicants will be included in the DRC Vendor Database for the period 2026–2028 and  may be invited to participate in future RFQs, ITBs, and RFPs. 

MANDATORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS 

– Completed Supplier Pre-Qualification Application Form (DRC template) 

– Company Registration Certificate 

– Valid Tax Registration / Tax Certificate 

– Passport copy of Legal Representative 

– Passport copy of Alternate / Authorized Signatory 

– Signed Supplier Registration form

IMPORTANT NOTES 

– This process does NOT involve submission of prices. 

– Being pre-qualified does not guarantee future business with DRC. 

– DRC reserves the right to request additional documents or conduct site visits.

– Any attempt to influence the process will lead to disqualification. 

– DRC may reject any application or cancel the process without providing reasons.
