SPARK is currently implementing a three-year programme called LEAD: Local Employment for Africa Development. The program supports entrepreneurs &SME’s through tailored coaching, training and access to finance and markets. As part of its intervention, SPARK is organising 4 intensive training sessions (boot camps) in Entrepreneurship to 20 young students each (up to 25 years old) in cities located in the north west of Tunisia. The Entrepreneurship boot camps are specifically designed for students who are passionate about entrepreneurship and want to learn more about how to develop a business idea and build a business.

In order to promote the boot camps, we will produce four (4) videos and a set of photos for each one that will be posted on the social Media of Spark and partners.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the LEAD Tunisia Program Manager, the Film maker is expected to produce four (4) videos each styled in a story-telling manner, set to inform and promote the boot camps and Spark’s activities and projects.

• The video maker will perform video filming and shoot interviews with the Bootcamps’ beneficiaries and SPARK will provide him/her with the questions he will need to ask to beneficiaries.
• The language that will be used in the Videos is the Tunisian dialect/French and the videos will be subtitled in English.
• Photos covering the boot camps will be of a high quality.

The responsibilities and tasks of the video/photos maker include, but are not limited to:

• Assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that’s suitable for broadcasting
• Overseeing the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing;
• Experimenting with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements;
• Writing voiceover/commentary;
• Suggesting or selecting music
• Selecting the best photos for each bootcamp
• Etc…
