The Local Employment in Africa for Development (LEAD) Programme is being implemented by SPARK and funded by The Dutch Ministry of Foreign in order to create jobs in Libya, Tunisia, and Somalia and thereby to tackle irregular migration and radicalisation. The programme aims to create jobs for youth (18-35) by supporting them to launch their own businesses or by assisting existing business structures to grow and expand. The focus of the programme is to provide young entrepreneurs and existing SMEs with the technical skills and capacity to grow by facilitating access to markets, technical skills, and finance.
As part of its intervention, Spark will promote entrepreneurshipthrough the production of 3 videos showcasing successful young entrepreneurs and to representatives of SMEs who benefitted from the LEAD Programme, in order to encourage young Tunisians to start their own business and create jobs for youth.
Under the supervision of the LEAD Tunisia Programme Manager, the video maker is expected to produce 3 videos each styled in a story-telling manner, set to inform and promote Entrepreneurship among youthas well as Spark’s activities and projects.
The video maker will perform video filming and shoot interviews of 2-3 minutes in length of young, successful Tunisian entrepreneurs and representatives of SMEs who benefitted from the LEAD Programme , each video to be styled in a story-telling manner, set to inform and inspire others. The videos will be used as a tool to encourage and motivate young Tunisians to start their own business.
The language that will be used in the Videos is the Tunisian dialect/French and the videos will be subtitled in English.

All information pertaining to this project (videos, audio, digital, project documents, etc) belong to the client, which the Consultant may come into contact with in the performance of his duties under this consultancy. All content and material produced shall remain the property of the Client who shall have exclusive rights over their use. Except for purposes of this assignment, the information shall not be disclosed to the public nor used in any circumstance without written permission of the Client in line with the national and International Copyright Laws applicable.
