The IFES Tunisia program aims to strengthen the capacity of electoral institutions to administer credible local elections that reflect the will of the people; better inform youth and marginalized communities about local elections and decentralization; encourage youth civic engagement at the local level and promote meaningful participation of all citizens in their political systems, including women, youth and other traditionally marginalized groups.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

IFES is hiring three sign language interpreters who will provide sign language interpretation during IFES and its partners events related to information and news. These positions are based in Tunis and each position will require 30 to 45 minutes per day during 10 days per month. The assignment will start in February 2020 and will end in May 2020.
