“The overall objective of the program is to promote a democratic, constructive, and inclusive political culture in the Arabic-speaking world in Tunisia, Lebanon, and the broader Arab world.

Tasks
The tasks carried out by the consultant are covering three different aspects, namely:
• Development and finalisation of a training plan on Leadership and interpersonal
Communication and Emotional intelligence
• Development and finalisation of Pre and post-tests on Leadership and interpersonal
Communication and Emotional intelligence
• Delivery of (02-days training)

Qualifications and Expérience

▪ Excellent knowledge of Leadership and interpersonal Communication and Emotional
intelligence.
▪ At least 7 years of work experience in Tunisia on Leadership and interpersonal
Communication and Emotional intelligence or related areas of work, including in
conducting research on Leadership and interpersonal Communication and Emotional
intelligence, and/or other related topics;
▪ At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in delivering training to a variety of
stakeholders in Tunisia or elsewhere
▪ Excellent analytical, drafting and organizational skills;
▪ Minimum of 5 years of experience in national context.
▪ Fluent in Arabic (verbal/written).
▪ Minimum Bachelor ́s degree related to the area of work, such as Journalism, Law,
political or social sciences or related field; Masters Degree or higher an asset.
