Request for quotations from local travel agencies:  

 Provide a quotation for the requested details (find below).  

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

 Proven Experience in working with international organizations.  

 Experience in providing international services.  

 Capable of providing onsite logistic support when needed.  

Illegibility: 

 The company should be an establishment based in Tunisia and eligible to cover international  services.  

Application procedure: 

Interested companies are invited to submit their applications through the following official email  “procurement@tn.bbcmediaaction.org” by the 21st of August 2023 COB. Late submissions will not be  considered. Applications with missing documents will be treated as incomplete and will not be  considered for further assessment.  

Interested Candidates are expected to submit the following documents: 

 A quotation proposition for the following details:  

1. Trip preparations:
2. Flight tickets (preferably a quotation for Economy class):

1.1 Round trip tickets for 9 pax from either:  

° From: 1st October to 6th October 2023:  

1. Tunis – The Hague – Tunis

or  

2. Tunis – Brussels / Amsterdam – Tunis

1.2 Round trip tickets for 1 pax:  

 ° From: 30th September to 7th October 2023: Benghazi – Tunis  

° From: 1st October to 6th October 2023: from either:  

1. Tunis – The Hague – Tunis

or  

2. Tunis – Brussels / Amsterdam – Tunis

1.3 Round trip tickets for 1 pax:  

° Dates: 1st October – 6th October 2023: from Cairo – The Hague – Cairo (Please  consider for this trip a second option Cairo – Brussels / Amsterdam – Cairo)  

Please consider for both options providing onsite transportation options between the airport and the  hotel using public transportation or a minivan counting going to the hotel from the airport and the  reverse. 

1. Accommodation for 11 people, 5 nights, Bed and Breakfast as the following: 1. The Hague: check-in 1st October / check-out 3rd October

and  

2. Amsterdam: check-in 3rd October / check-out 6th October.

Please note that we need 2 offers; one for single rooms and a second of shared rooms per 2 pax.  We prefer a quotation for 3 Stars hotels.  

2. Onsite logistics:
3. Transportation:

An offer of a minivan (for 12 people). The van should cover the transportation between  the following destinations:  

1) Airport – Hotel in The Hague on the 1st of October  

2) The Hague – Amsterdam on the 3rd of October at 6 pm  

3) Amsterdam – Haarlem at 9 am then Haarlem – Amsterdam at 3 pm, on the 4th of  October  

4) Based on the choice of the flight we will define the departure destination.  

1. Interpretation services Arabic-English

We will need 2 offers:  

1) an interpreter with 7 headsets,  

2) an interpreter for consecutive translation (no need for sets in this case).  

The Interpreter will provide their services and move around with the team.  

Dates: October 2nd, 3rd and 4th  

Note that the chosen interpreter needs to have previous proven experience in working with  international organizations and encounter knowledge in relevant fields such as Human Rights, Rule of  Law, International law etc…  

III. Meals 

We will need a list of restaurants for lunch reservations as the following:  

5 lunches for the dates of 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and the 5th of October for 11 pax. Please consider  adding two additional lunches for the 1st and the 6th of October if we land early in the  country and leave after lunch time. Details regarding the lunch locations and  possibilities are below:  

02/10/ 2023 at the ICC  

03/10/ 2023 at the Hague, we will need lunch boxes  

04/10/ 2023 can be at Haarlem or Amsterdam we can be flexible with that 

05/10/ 2023 at Amsterdam  

The locations for the 1st and 6th of October will depend on the flights choice.  Note that the restaurants need to include HALAL food and vegetarian options.
