The Munathara Initiative is seeking proposals from qualified TV channels for a cooperation to undertake the full production and broadcasting of a new show, “Oumour Themna Townhall.”
As a continuation of its Townhall series, the Munathara Initiative is launching “Oumour Themna Townhall”, a 90-minute television show that will bring together 15 young people in a structured discussion with specialists, experts, and relevant stakeholders.
The participants will have the opportunity to express their views, concerns, and perspectives on issues that directly affect their lives and interests.
For this edition, the Munathara Initiative has chosen to focus on youth institutions in Tunisia, exploring their role, accessibility, challenges, and relationship with young people.
The selected TV channel will be responsible for the full production, broadcasting, and live streaming of the episode.

The selected TV channel will be expected to ensure that the production and broadcasting quality meets professional television industry standards.
The pre-selection process will begin during the week following the proposal submission deadline.
Following the pre-selection phase, the Munathara Initiative will invite shortlisted TV channels to meetings to discuss their technical and financial proposals, production approach, broadcasting arrangements, and overall cooperation framework.
Following these meetings, the Munathara Initiative will make its final selection.
The selected TV channel will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of all tasks and deliverables described in this RFP, in accordance with reasonable professional television production and broadcasting standards.
If the TV channel fails to fulfill the agreed tasks or does not perform them at the level required by the Munathara Initiative (hereinafter “Munathara”), payment may be reduced proportionally to reflect the partial fulfillment of the agreed terms.
If any deliverables produced by the TV channel do not meet Munathara’s requirements, Munathara and the TV channel shall agree on a reasonable timetable for revisions and corrections to ensure that the required specifications are met.
Any additional work required to correct or revise deliverables that do not comply with the agreed specifications shall not be subject to additional remuneration.
The TV channel commits to being available throughout the entire duration of the assignment and must remain contactable without undue delay by phone and/or email during business days and working hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
Except in cases of medical emergency or natural disaster, the TV channel is required to inform Munathara at least 48 hours in advance of any period during which it may be unavailable.
The TV channel shall keep Munathara regularly informed of the progress of the assignment and shall immediately communicate any issue, delay, technical problem, or other event that could negatively affect the implementation of the project, allowing Munathara to take the necessary action with relevant stakeholders and/or local authorities.
All information, footage, recordings, photographs, audio materials, digital content, project documents, and other materials relating to this project that belong to Munathara or are produced by the TV channel specifically for this project shall remain the intellectual property of the Munathara Initiative, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any additional information or materials that the TV channel may access in the course of performing its duties shall remain the property of Munathara.
The TV channel may not disclose, publish, reproduce, distribute, or use any project-related information, footage, recordings, or other materials for purposes unrelated to this assignment without the prior written authorization of the Munathara Initiative.
