The project “Destination Emploi” seeks to strengthen socio-economic integration in Tunisia by addressing the skill gaps in responsible and sustainable tourism. One critical area of intervention is empowering young people and vulnerable groups to pursue self-employment and entrepreneurial opportunities in the tourism sector. This involves identifying existing skill gaps and designing targeted training and support programs to enhance their entrepreneurial capabilities and foster innovation.
Overall Objective:
To ensure the successful organization of four (04) regional job fairs that bring together key local stakeholders from the responsible and sustainable tourism sector, in order to facilitate recruitment opportunities, professional networking, and dialogue between labor supply and demand.
Specific Objectives:
- Organize four professional events under optimal logistical and technical conditions.
- Ensure a functional and attractive environment for exchanges between recruiters and candidates.
- Ensure good visibility of the “Destination Emploi” project and its partners.
- Facilitate the participation of companies, institutions, job seekers, and other local stakeholders.
- Support a positive participant experience and the smooth running of the job fairs.
Key Results :
- Four (04) Regional Job Fairs successfully organized.
- Effective participation of tourism sector companies, public institutions, training structures, and job seekers.
- A logistical and visual setup suited to recruitment and networking objectives. 9. Good institutional and operational visibility of the activity.
- Sufficient documentation of the organized events (including photographic documentation, attendance records, and participant database).
Geographical Scope:
The assignment covers the organization of four (04) regional job fairs in the following project intervention areas:
- Monastir
- Djerba / Medenine
- Tozeur
- Aïn Draham / Jendouba
Event Size (Indicative):
Each regional job fair will host 150 to 300 participants per event, including:
- Young job seekers
- Job seekers registered with public employment structures
- Companies and establishments from the tourism sector
- Employment, training, and support institutions
- Project partners and other local stakeholders
Note: The exact number of participants per fair may be adjusted depending on the region, venue capacity, and needs validated by the project team.
Temporal Scope (Two Rounds):
- First Round: 20th April & 14th May 2026 (Monastir and Djerba/Médenine)
- Second Round: Fall 2026 (Tozeur and Aïn Draham/Jendouba) )
Note: Specific dates and venues for each event will be confirmed at a later stage by the project team.
Event Format & Duration
- Each job fair will be organized as a full-day event (approximately 6–8 hours)
- Indicative agenda includes:
○ Registration and opening session
○ Company stands exhibition & networking
○ On-site interviews and job matching
Venue Requirements
- The service provider must propose venues that meet the following criteria:

- Hotel conference hall or event space
Capacity:
- Minimum 150–300 (seated/flow capacity)
Required spaces:
- Booth/exhibition area for companies
- Registration area
- Open circulation space for networking
Note : Outdoor venues may be accepted only if fully equipped and approved by the project team.
Booths & Exhibition Setup
Number of booths:
- 20 to 50 booths per event
Booth specifications:
- Table + 2–3 chairs per company
- Clear signage (company name and logo)
Branding & Visibility :
- Event slogans
- 2 main backdrop (entrance(AR/FR))
- 4 roll-ups (2 project (AR/FR) and 2 event (AR/FR))
- Directional signage
- Simple branding of registration desk and welcome desk

- 2 coffee breaks per event ( 11H ; 15H)
- 1 lunch per event (Based on the total number of participants)

- Can be served seated or as a buffet, depending on the venue
Staffing Requirements
The service provider must ensure adequate staffing per event:
- 2–3 Registration staff
- 2–4 Ushers / support staff
Technical Equipment
- Sound system (microphones, speakers)
Services Required (Full Scope of Services):
The selected service provider shall provide all services necessary for the successful organization of the four job fairs, including:
- 1. Overall coordination of all four events
- Ensure venue location/ rental of all four events
- Logistics and space setup (layout design, installation, signage)
- 4. Material and visibility supports (banners, stands, branding materials)
- Reception and participant management (registration, welcome desk, crowd flow)
- 6. Coffee breaks / light catering for each event
- Technical and audiovisual equipment (sound systems, projection, microphones)
- 8. Event documentation (photography, reports, attendance records)
Deliverables :
Before each fair:
- Detailed logistical plan
- Space layout proposal
- Implementation schedule
- Mock-ups or proposals for visual supports
- List of mobilized material and technical resources
After each fair:
- Brief implementation report
- Photographic documentation
- Summary list of services delivered
- Participant database (name, gender, age/age group, governorate/locality, phone, email, status, represented structure, position/profile)
- Attendance record
- Pre- and post-test results
At the end of the assignment:
- Final consolidated report covering all four events
The service provider must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in organizing professional, institutional, or sectoral events (references required);
- Logistical capacity to operate in multiple regions (Monastir, Djerba/Medenine, Tozeur, Aïn Draham/Jendouba);
- Experience in multi-stakeholder events (companies, job seekers, public institutions, training structures);
- A dedicated team suited to the assignment (project manager, logistics coordinator, on-site staff);
- Comprehensive service capability (logistics, visibility, catering, documentation, and venue rental);
- Ability to meet deadlines with quality deliverables.
- The assignment will start on April 17th and ends on october 15th, 2026.
- The offer should be in TND;
- Offers must include VAT;
- For individual consultants, Applicable tax laws apply;
- This assignment may be awarded to multiple experts based on their expertise, pricing, and suitability
- The selected service provider shall be responsible for their transportation and accommodation, if needed;
