BEDER Organization was founded by a group of civil society activists after the revolution in January 2011. The revolutionary spark encouraged an entire generation to rebuild an inclusive country based on the values of dignity, justice and equal chances. Our organization ensures that during this transition, the values that were defended in the revolution are protected and translated into tangible, transformative and effective actions.

Our main interest is to increase and diversify the possibilities of community development in Tunisia. BEDER organization seeks a professional, motivated and creative reporting officer to join in support of BEDER’s permanent staff. The reporting officer will report to Board and to the executive director. He/She will work on grants writing, projects reports and evaluations for internal and external use and research articles.

Qualified writing skills in both French and English are required.

It is a full time position.

Responsibilities

1. Ensures grants writing and establishes projects concept notes with the assistance of board members and the executive director.
2. Assists and reviews the projects presentations and reports elaborated by the project officers before submission to any external use.
3. Reviews the monthly news letter elaborated by the communication officer
4. Ensure a regular and prompt follow-up with projects core group
5. Assists with documenting projects successes and failures
6. Handle evaluation field visit
7. Provide regularly (weekly and monthly) reports on the progress of projects and activities
