Mission:
- Foster QFF and Qatar visibility
- Coordinates between partners and monitors the effective application of the communication roadmap
- Organizes and supervises all communication and PR operational activities
Tasks and responsibilites:
- Monitor the communication of QFF and of QFF partners
- Coordinate between partners to ensure the application of the QFF ecosystem communication guideline and roadmap
- Assist QFF partners in implementing QFF communication plan and coordinate with QFF partners’ communication team
- Work closely with the communication agency or in house team
- Produce detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets, delegate packs and papers)

- Liaise with QFF communication team and QFF partners to promote events and ensure their succes
- ensure operational communication with QFF partners
- Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)

Education |
- MBA or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing or Management from a top tier University.
|
Technicalskills |
- Knowledge in planning and implementing events
- Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of oral and written communication and interpersonal relation skills
- Excellent Skills in communication and event coordination
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and design(PowerPoint, Prezi…).
- Fluent in Arabic, French, and English
- Good knowledge of the Tunisian market (communication & PR agencies, online medias) and environment (entrepreneurship initiatives, NGO’s..)
