Job Description – Projects Officer (Junior) (position contingent upon funding)

- Working time: 5 days a week 9am to 6pm (including one hour break)
Under the supervision of the CEO MENA of LEED, the PO will execute the following key responsibilities (other duties could be requested on an ad-hoc basis)
Project Management:
- Ensure the day-to-day monitoring of the projects he/she/they is in charge of a day-to-day.
- Prepare in cooperation with CEO MENA work plans and adjustments to the project implementation when necessary.
- Report on any risks related to project implementation to the CEO MENA.
- Write the drafts of donor reports.
- Provide administrative and logistical coordination, including meeting preparation, communications and documents management
- Prepare and coordinate all communication material in relation the WOMENTUM project on social media outlets in coordination with the Production freelancer and the Content Management and Outreach Office.
- Help ensure meetings and internal and public conferences run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, by managing invites for guest sepakers and conference call details, organizing meeting logistics, booking facilities, preparing meeting materials, preparing minutes and actions, and coordinating follow-ups. Conduct Outreach with current partners of the WOMENTUM project and future partners in coordination. Ensure that at least 80% of partner organizations are present in the WOMENTUM events.
- Ensure outreach for regional and international guest speakers for each digital saloon on a timely manner moderated by one WOMENTUM partner each time and the CEO MENA.
- Lead documentation of any relevant project processes and reporting on the Bitrix internal management system and the external hard drive.
- Provide general ad-hoc support to large scale innovation projects within the region and any other ad-hoc operational need upon the request of the CEO MENA.

- Possess good skills in working with digital tools including digital collaboration tools, e-learning tools and digital networking platforms.
- Have a good knowledge about the political contexts and the Human Rights situation in the MENA Region.

- Proficiency in the English language and in Arabic
