Position title: Project Officer Junior on CC

Directly and technically reports to: Program Manager Landscape & Adaptation

Recruitment date: September 2021

Location:  Tunis, Tunisia

Major Functions: 

• Assist under the support and supervision of the WWF NA Landscape & Adaptation Program Manager the implementation of project activities with objectives and results achievement.
• Organize and manage under the support of the project officer logistics for the organization of missions, meetings, workshops, field visits and events required by the project in Tunisia and abroad. 
• Develop under the support of the project officer to preparation of the monthly activities all technical reports and other project documents and regularly update the project database.
• Prepare the monthly activities of the project and manage the relative budget.
• Supports the project officer in the implementation of WWF Social and Environmental Safeguards (ESSF).
• Supports the project administration and financial reporting.
• Upon agreement with supervisor, undertakes travel and missions aimed at the effective undertaking of all the above-mentioned duties. 

Working Relationships

Internal:

• Reports to the WWF NA Landscape & Adaptation Program Manager 
• Works closely with the WWF NA administration.
• Interacts regularly with WWF NA team.

External:

• Establishes and maintains stable working relationships with project partners, other relevant regional organizations, NGOs, local and national administrations.
