Context:
Community Media for Social Change-CMSC project funded by MEPI, addresses the structural weaknesses, resource constraints, limited technical and managerial skills and organizational capacity that are negatively impacting the healthy growth of the Tunisian media and public spheres, with a focus on the local radio sector.

The scope of work is cross-national, with a particular focus on training youth, women, and marginalized communities through a decentralized approach, meaning that most of the activities proposed herein will take place in underdeveloped regions across Tunisia, thereby facilitating greater mobility among our beneficiaries, the provision of greater access to experiential learning, and a greater potential for healthy competition, networking, and collaboration within and between local radio associations over the longer term.
