Social Accountability Association is a newly established Tunisian SCO that is formed by a group of young civil society leaders who share the same objective of installing and spreading the culture of social accountability in Tunisia in order to reinforce and preserve the newly established democracy. Our association’s objectives are granting civic participation, improving the quality of governance, and preserving democracy.

Social Accountability Association is looking for a project manager from Gafsa for its project: ” Social Accoutability Observatory” with the following profile:

• Responsible for the overall implementation and progress of project activities.
• Ensure internal and external reporting is done as per the agreed timeline and requirements.
• Review financial reports, and facilitate auditing of fund usage in cooperation with the Financial Officer.
• Ensure the proper implementation and review Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) framework and work with partners for conducting baseline surveys, progress monitoring events, producing progress reports and final reports.
• Ensure the achievement of agreed outcomes and targets.
• Identify problems and opportunities, and propose and initiate solutions that are accountable and in line with the policies, strategic direction and budget.
•  Report the substantive and financial progress in accordance with the donor requirements; coordinate the production of the narrative and financial reports and audits.
