The main objective of this TOR within the project “Women Civic Education Ambassadors in Rural Areas” is to recruit a project assistant.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
Liaise with stakeholders to and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spent
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
To effectively and efficiently manage assigned projects.
∙ To effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure positive project outcomes.
∙ Provide competent management of human and financial resources.
∙ Ensure the quality of activities by tracking and optimizing processes.
Skills:
Project assistants should be proficient in applying standard project management methods. Project assistants should possess a large range of soft skills, be able to work proactively and always think ahead.
Time Commitment:
∙ 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week, 5 days a week.
Supervision/Training:
∙ Monthly supervision/training groups provided by the Responsible of Civic Engagement Projects.
∙ Individual meetings with the Responsible of Civic Engagement Projects when necessary. ∙ External growth and training opportunities when possible.
