Job Brief
The MENA Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting USIP’s Regional Training and Partnerships Initiative team’s implementing of a project to support the Building Institutional Capacity in Tunisia to Promote Regional Peace project with the Tunisian Diplomatic Academy, including liaising with local partners as well as budget and contract management activities. The Project Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support for the program, contributes to the reporting for internal and external stakeholders for these projects and provides support to monitoring and evaluation activities. The Project Assistant will work closely with the Regional Training and Partnerships Initiative team, as well as other colleagues across the North Africa Team based in the Field and HQ offices.
This position will report to Program Specialist, MENA Regional Training & Partnerships Initiative. This is a full-time position based in Tunis, Tunisia. This position is open to Host Country Nationals and legal residents in Tunisia. Hiring for this position is contingent upon funding availability.
