About enpact

The non-profit organisation enpact e.V. was founded in 2013 and includes four fields of activities:

• Innovative mentoring programmes,

• Creation of multi-faceted startup spaces,

• Analysis of the startup friendliness of cities worldwide,

• Organisation of entrepreneurial ecosystem expeditions.

The geographical focus of our work is on Africa, the Middle East and Europe. enpact works closely with relevant actors of the ecosystems in all of its project countries. Our local entity, enpact Tunisie, is responsible for the operations of the co-working space Startup Haus Tunis and the implementation of national and international mentoring programmes.

Responsibilities

• Event logistics in Tunisia
• Network management of participants and partners
• Promotion of programmes in Tunisia
• Development of programme-related communications
• Sourcing and screening of participants
• Coordination of programmes and activities with the team in Berlin
• Implementation of training programmes targeted at mentors, coaches, startups and supporting organisations in the field of entrepreneurship

Experience

2+ years of professional experience, especially in:

• Project Management
• Event management
• Workshop design and facilitation
• Working in intercultural teams and across international offices
• Knowledge of entrepreneurial ecosystems are an advantage
• Experience in the NGO sector

Languages

• French (full working proficiency)
• Arabic (full working proficiency)
• English (full working proficiency)

Other

• Readiness to travel regularly to the regions in Tunisia
• Intercultural experience and awareness, especially working with Europeans and European standards
• A personal network of startups, coaches and mentors in Tunisia
