DEPARTMENT PURPOSE
The North Africa (NAF) Cluster has a mandate to:
In NAF, Oxfam has a one-program approach, working in humanitarian response, development and influencing, with the ambition of increasing the role of civil society in influencing & advocacy and knowledge-for-impact both within and beyond the NAF sub-region. TEAM PURPOSE The Program and Partnership team, under the leadership of the North Africa HoPP, ensures the alignment of the development programmes with the NAF strategy and partnership approach. The team purpose includes the development of the NAF Monitoring, Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) framework and mentoring its implementation across all programs and with partners. The programme team works in close partnership with the Influencing, Advocacy and Campaigns team to ensure the Oxfam one program approach. JOB PURPOSE
