SPARK is currently implementing a four-year programme called LEAD: Local Employment for Africa Development. The program supports entrepreneurs & SME’s through tailored coaching, training and access to markets. As part of its intervention, SPARK, in partnership with the Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship (TCSC) and the University ESPRIT, will organise a 3-day training in Social Entrepreneurship to approximately 50 young students (up to 25 years old) following the format of 2 Social Entrepreneurship camps. Each session will host 25 students in 2 different groups. The Social Entrepreneurship camp is specifically designed for students who are passionate about social entrepreneurship and want to learn more about building a business with social impact and creating a business plan that reflect social impact.
The objective of the Social Entrepreneurship camp is to equip the students with the necessary tools and skills to become successful social entrepreneurs by teaching them the core skills of social entrepreneurship and help them understand the key elements involved in creating a viable business idea and developing a bankable business plan.
By the end of the 3 days, participants should have a thorough understanding of social entrepreneurship and doing business, and will submit completed business plans.
