Position: Paid Internship 

Location: Tunis, Tunisia 

Duration: 3 months

About IFES:

IFES is an international, nonprofit organization that supports the building of democratic societies.  IFES  provides targeted technical assistance to strengthen transitional democracies. Founded in 1987 as a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, IFES has developed and implemented comprehensive, collaborative democracy solutions in more than 130 countries.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist the team leader in the implementation of the projects: contact with partners, logistics, coordination with NGOs, data collection, and organizational support.
• Collaborate with the IFES team on the implementation of their activities.
• Assist in the digital communication of the IFES activities.
• Write short articles in French, Arabic, and/or English about the activities of IFES Tunisia for the IFES website or any other support.
• Translate and/or interpret in Arabic, French, and English if needed.

Liste des tâches et responsabilités:

• Assister dans la mise en œuvre des projets : contact avec les partenaires, logistique, coordination avec les ONGs, collecte de données et soutien organisationnel.
• Collaborer avec l’équipe de l’IFES dans la mise en œuvre de leurs activités.
• Contribuer à la communication digitale des activités de l’IFES.
• Rédiger de courts articles en français, arabe et anglais sur les activités de l’IFES Tunisie pour le site internet de l’IFES ou tout autre support.
• Traduire et/ou interpréter en arabe, français et anglais si nécessaire.
