context :

After the great success of our capacity building program, the international Institute of Debate has decided to launch the first edition of the “Capacity building program for local NGOs” working on the educational sector reform or debate.

The capacity building will last for 4 months starting from December to March 2020 and this edition will be dedicated to local organizations and associations in the regions of Bizerte, Jandouba, Tunis, Sousse & Sfax. Organizations part of this program will be concidered as part of IIDEBATE network and they can have access to all our programs.

This program aims to conduct a series of trainings for local civil society organisations to improve their skills, management, work in a team, scaling up their potential to find better funds and beyond. A trainer will be working with the selected organisations, clubs, establishement movement for 4 months for free.
