Event Management Services and Hotel Accommodation

“RLS – Tender2019 – Event Management and Hotel accommodation”

1. The Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (RLS), North Africa office in Tunis regularly organizes conferences, workshops, seminars and meetings (“Events”) in respect of its program implementation in Tunis and other locations within Tunisia. Likewise, hotel rooms are necessary to provide the accommodation to the guest, visitors, staff travelling to Tunisia. To achieve cost efficiency goal, RLS Tunis office calls for this tender in order to provide event management and hotel accommodation services .
2. RLS Tunis office wishes to conclude a contract for a maximum period of four (4) years . The duration of the framework contract is set for 2 (two) years (01.02.2019 till 31.01.2021), with the possibility of a further extension for another 2 (two) years (01.02.2021 till 31.01.2023).
3. The interested agencies can also come to the RLS’s headquarters to withdraw the tender document or download it via the following link: https://cloud.rosalux.de/index.php/s/MeQBnoQ69eS39kd .
4. RLS reserves the right to verify any information provided by the bidders.
5. Completed tender document with original signed forms should be submitted via courier/post till 31st January 2019, 1:00 pm (Tunis time), in a sealed envelope clearly marked with:

“RLS – Tender2019 – Event Management and Hotel accommodation-Do Not Open”

6. The bids received after the deadline shall not be considered.

7. The successful bidder will be informed in writing that their tender has been accepted.
