POSITION TITLE:  Youth Program Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Youth Leadership Advisor

LOCATION: Tunis, Tunisia

Summary of Position

IREX seeks a Youth Program Coordinator to provide support to community youth engagement programming across Tunisia. This position open to Tunisian nationals, and only citizens or residents of Tunisia will be considered.Alumni of US leadership programs strongly encouraged to apply.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contributes to engaging and mobilizing a network of young leaders and mentors
• Contributes to identification of and relationship building with partners
• Contributes to organizing and facilitating trainings
• Builds relationships with public and private sectors and facilitates professional networking opportunities
• Contributes to the the identification of potential partners
• Assist with monitoring of program budgets and program reports
• Assist with development and coordination of holistic youth leadership programming
• Assist with project monitoring and evaluation plan, including data analysis.
• Coordinates with colleagues
• Contributes to compliance with award requirements.
• Domestic travel to partners and beneficiaries may be required.
• Other programmatic and administrative duties as needed
