ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “Support to the humanitarian community in delivering a coordinated and evidence-based response in Libya” under ECHO funding is inviting suppliers of training services to submit offers for each batch for the following HEAT training in Tunis:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service
providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the
following address(es):

• ACTED representative office in Tunis: Immeuble Nour, Rue du Corail – First floor, office A1.1., Les berges du
  Lac 2, 1053 Tunis

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the Jamaity website regularly for potential modification to the present
tender and/or the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted before on 02-12-2019 at 2:00PM at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed
envelope or by E-mail at lybia.tender@acted.org, Cc thibault.bencheikh@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically
rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation

and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 02-12-2019 at 4:00 PM in the ACTED representative office in Tunis. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. For all inquiries regarding this tender, please contact the ACTED
