As part of the its project “Awaken Youth”, initiated by MEPI (Middle East Partnership Initiative), the “Culture For Citizenship”  association plans to launch a selection tender of CPA firm; an accounting firm that will be responsible to monitor and evaluate the financial and accounting procedures as well as the recorded transactions.
The project lasts 9 months, started from February 2016. It represents a series of trainings in communication and local governance offered for 75 students from five different governorates (Tunis, Bizerte, Beja, Jendouba, Kef). The trainings will be followed by three initiatives: an Open debates, an Awareness Campaign and an Online Platform that will be implemented by the participants.
Bidders are asked to:

• Prepare a quarterly reports that should be validated by MEPI in order to correct the application of the accounting procedure.
• Follow the notice of funding opportunities (2 CFR 200 203)
• Present, if necessary, proposals of financial policies’ adjustment for MEPI.
• Evaluate the transparency degree of the administrative and financial operations.
