Position Summary: 

We are looking for a Cleaner to perform various functions, which primarily involve ensuring a clean and safe office environment. carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

The goal is to upkeep our facility in a clean and orderly condition. Through a range of duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming. He/She is also responsible for performing routine inspections to check that spaces like restrooms are always sanitary.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, dust, and mop office floors by using a variety of equipment and supplies.
• Mix the cleaning liquids in correct and safe quantities.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets and make sure that they are dried out before the day begins.
• Wipe down desks and chairs and make sure that stubborn smears are removed using appropriate cleaning materials.
• Empty trash cans and ashtrays and make sure that all trash is properly disposed of.
• Clean and wash down Glass partitions and windows and ensure that they are adequately dried.
• Properly clean and maintain the office kitchen and equipment.
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Oversee for all basic cleaning in and around office buildings.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Adjust and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Cleaner
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Ability to communicate in French
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity
• High school degree
• Eligible to work in Tunisia
