ACTED Tunisia / Libya implementing several of its projects funded by different donors across Tunisia, invites service providers to submit their offers for the signature of a one (1) year framework contract for the temporary rental of vehicles light as follows:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es): 

– ACTED representative office in Tunis: Immeuble Nour, Rue du Corail – First floor, office A1.1., Les berges du 

Lac 2, 1053 Tunis

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the Jamaity website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents. 

All bids must be submitted before on 06-04-2020 at 2:00PM Tunisia local time at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at libya.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected. 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED. 

A tender opening session will take place on 08-04-2020 at 4:00 PM Tunisia Local time in the ACTED representative office in Tunis. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. For all inquiries regarding this tender, please contact the ACTED representative office in Tunis not later than 26-03-2020 at 5:00 PM Tunisia Local time or by E-mail at libya.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org.
