Munathara Initiative: Short-Term Consultant : Peacebuilding and countering hate speech Retour vers les opportunités

The program design targets the most underserved Tunisian individuals and communities–youth, women, and marginalized groups (YWM) – not only to become active participants in these conversations but also to train and equip them to become opinion leaders able of shaping key national discourses and holding duty bearers accountable in the coming years and well into the future.

Munathara will train and support young winners to contribute in an ongoing public discourse through a training cycle”

The tasks carried out by the consultant are covering three different aspects, namely:
• Development and finalisation of a training plan on Peacebuilding and countering hate
speech.
• Development and finalisation of Pre and post-tests on: Peacebuilding and countering
hate speech.

• Delivery of (1/2-days training)

▪ Excellent knowledge of on Peacebuilding and countering hate speech.
▪ At least 7 years of work experience in Tunisia on Peacebuilding and countering hate
speech, orrelated areas of work, including in conducting research on Civic engagement
and social entrepreneurship, and/or other related topics.
▪ At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in delivering training to a variety of
stakeholders in Tunisia or elsewhere
▪ Excellent analytical, drafting, and organizational skills.
▪ Minimum of 5 years of experience in national context.
▪ Fluent in Arabic (verbal/written).
▪ Minimum Bachelor ́s degree related to the area of work, such as Journalism, Law,
political or social sciences or related field, Master’s Degree or higher an asset.
