ABOUT US:

I WATCH is a Tunisian watchdog organisation created after the revolution in 2011. I WATCH works mainly on two axes: transparency and corruption. I WATCH has been the official chapter of Transparency International in Tunisia since September 2019. I WATCH is made up of like-minded young professionals and motivated volunteers who, through their innovative work, are determined to tackle the problem of corruption and lack of transparency in both public and private sectors.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Role:

The M&E and reporting officer will be responsible for the internal monitoring and evaluation of IWATCH projects and initiatives, and will liaise with any external M&E responsibles or auditors.  He/she will be responsible for checking that performance indicators are being met, and for sounding the alarm if necessary. He/she will ensure compliance with the projects schedule and framework. He/she will collect activity reports and prepare progress reports with the support of the project teams. He/she will also deduce lessons learned and best practices and institutionalize learning outcomes.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Support/oversee routine monitoring activities.

Ensure the quality and relevance of the projects’ design.

Elaborate and design M&E surveys, key informants’ interviews questions.

Document results of the M&E system and produce periodic reports.

Build and maintain accountability mechanisms, knowledge sharing and organisational learning at the organization.

Support the design and implementation of creative methods to track progress towards achieving projects KPIs.

Representing the organization in meetings and events·

Support partner CSOs in elaborating M&E frameworks.
