Critères d'éligibilité

• Master’s Degree or its International Equivalent in Knowledge/Information Services, Communications, Education, Environment, Health, Behavioral, Life/Social Sciences International Development, Human Development or Related Field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in managing and/or effectively implementing research, monitoring, evaluation, and/or learning activities for development activities, especially in the democracy, governance, peacebuilding, social science research, and/or other relevant sectors Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software
• Technical expertise in evidence-based monitoring and evaluation approaches and practices both for accountability and learning processes
• Ability to travel across the country & Excellent inter-personal skills, and ability to maintain strong relationships
• Commitment to I WATCH’s values and ways of working and to I WATCH’s objectives to promote transparency and anticorruption
• Fluency in English - written and spoken
