Our mission is to empower communities and individuals to thrive. We are currently seeking a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and impact of our initiatives.

As the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for the THRIVE project, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation systems, collecting and analyzing data, and providing critical insights to inform program improvements.                                                                                                                                                                                             Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Evaluation Framework: Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework to track project progress and impact.

Data Collection: Oversee data collection activities, ensuring data quality and reliability.

Analysis and Reporting: Analyze project data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and prepare regular reports for project stakeholders.

Capacity Building: Build the capacity of project staff and partners in monitoring and evaluation techniques and best practices.

Learning and Adaptation: Use evaluation findings to guide project adaptations and improvements, promoting evidence-based decision-making.

Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams, partners, and donors to ensure alignment of monitoring and evaluation activities with project goals and objectives.
