Leaders International (LI) is an international network of local organizations that plans, manages, and monitors innovation and economic development interventions in the region. Through its offices in Brussels, Tunisia, Amman, and Ramallah, Leaders International offers complete project-management services, focusing on private-sector development, enterprise development, job creation, entrepreneurship, D4D (Digital for Development), economic policy dialogue, and tourism value chain development. 

Leaders International is seeking to collaborate with an individual or agency specializing in media content creation to support a variety of projects in the fields of economic development and international cooperation. These projects encompass areas such as alternative tourism, capacity building, and training programs. The selected individual or agency will be responsible for delivering high-quality, impactful media content that effectively communicates the goals, activities, and achievements of these projects. 

To produce professional-grade media content including photos, videos, voiceovers, documentaries, reels, and testimonials to enhance the visibility and reach of the projects (throughout different regions in Tunisia) undertaken by Leaders International.

The selected individual or agency will perform the following tasks: 

1. Video Production 

• Utilize artistic and technical skills to produce high-quality videos. 
• Design suitable settings, incorporating props and backgrounds, in line with the project’s requirements. ● Edit, resize, airbrush, and enhance videos using video editing software. 
• Operate video cameras on location. 
• Transport, set up, and operate production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, lenses, and tripods, for field-based shoots. 

2. Photography 

• Determine desired poses and compositions. 
• Select appropriate equipment, props, and settings. 
• Capture high-resolution images that align with the project’s communication needs.
• Retouch, resize, and enhance photographs using relevant software. 

3. Voiceover Production 

• Provide voiceover services for videos and documentaries, ensuring alignment with project messaging.
•  Coordinate with the agency to finalize scripts and tone of delivery. 

4. Documentary Production 

• Conceptualize, script, and produce short and long-format documentaries. 
• Conduct interviews and capture field-based footage as required. 
• Edit and deliver documentaries with professional-grade visuals and sound quality. 

5. Social Media Content 

• Create reels, testimonials, and short videos suitable for social media platforms. 
• Ensure that the content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the LI’s branding guidelines. 

6. Testimonial Collection 

• Record and produce testimonial videos from stakeholders, beneficiaries, or partners.
•  Ensure high-quality audio, visuals, and compelling narratives. 

7. Subtitles Production 

• Write and integrate subtitles in Arabic, French, and English as required for videos and documentaries. 

8. Event Coverage 

• Provide professional photography and videography services for events held in various regions throughout Tunisia. 
• Ensure on-site setup and timely capture of key moments and activities during the events.

From February 17, 2025 to January 16, 2026 

• High-resolution photographs. (500 photos) 
• Edited videos ( 30sec , 60 sec , 90 sec) in required formats. (50 videos) 
• Edited reels in required formats. (50 reels) 
• Voiceover files in required formats. (depending on the videos’ delivered) 
• Completed documentaries with approved scripts and visuals. (5 documentaries) 
• Testimonials and social media-ready content. (50 testimonials) 
• Subtitled videos in specified languages. (Arabic, French, English) 
• Event coverage photos and videos (10 events) 
• All Raw footage 

DISCLAIMER: The numbers of each deliverable are approximate depending on the project and may be subject to change. 

• Proven experience in media production (portfolio required) 
• Expertise in photography, videography, editing software, and voiceover production.
•  Familiarity with social media trends and content creation. 
• Ability to work in diverse settings, including field locations. 
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

1. Technical proposal outlining the approach to the tasks. 
2. Financial proposal with a detailed budget breakdown, including unit costs for each type of deliverable (e.g., cost per video, photo, or reel). 
3. Portfolio of similar works. 
4. References from previous clients.
