Market Assessment – ICT Equipment Diagnosis, Maintenance and Repair Services

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Libya is conducting a market assessment to identify service providers in Tunisia with the capacity and relevant experience to provide ICT equipment diagnosis, maintenance, and repair services.”

The ICT equipment covered under this market assessment is located at NRC's office in Les Berges du Lac 2, Tunis. The service provider may be required to provide on-site technical support at the NRC office and/or collect equipment for workshop-based diagnosis and repair, as required.

The objective is to identify service providers that may be considered for potential future engagement to support the maintenance and repair of NRC ICT assets.

Scope of Services

The service provider should have the capacity to provide, as applicable:

  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of ICT equipment.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Repair of laptops, monitors, printers, networking equipment, UPS units, and other ICT equipment.
  • Hardware replacement and installation of spare parts.
  • Software and operating system troubleshooting, where applicable.
  • On-site and/or workshop-based technical support.
  • Technical assessment and repair reports.
  • Warranty for repair services and/or replaced parts.

Information Required

Interested service providers are invited to submit the following information:

  1. Company profile and brief description of relevant experience.
  2. Details of ICT maintenance and repair services provided.
  3. List of equipment and brands that the company is able to service.
  4. Location and geographical/service coverage in Tunisia.
  5. Details of technical staff and relevant qualifications/certifications, where applicable.
  6. Experience with organizations, NGOs, international organizations, or other institutional clients, if applicable.
  7. Standard response time and estimated turnaround time for diagnosis and repair.
  8. Details of warranty provided for repairs and replaced parts.
  9. Company registration and contact information.
  10. Any other information demonstrating the company's capacity to provide the required services.
