Manifestation of Interest (MOI) – Fundraising Consultants & Agencies

Impact Partner is pleased to launch this Manifestation of Interest (MOI) to pre-identify highly qualified fundraising consultants or agencies with demonstrated expertise in non-commercial fundraising, grant writing, resource mobilization, and strategic partnership development for NGOs and startup support structures.

This MOI is part of our strategic effort to strengthen our fundraising capacity, diversify funding sources, and build sustainable collaborations that will support our mission and expand our impact nationally and internationally.

Who We Are Looking For

We invite expressions of interest from individuals or firms that meet the following:

Core Expertise Required:

Demonstrated experience in non-commercial fundraising for civil society organizations, NGOs, and related entities;
Strong track record in grant writing and successful proposal development for institutional and private donors;
Proven capacity to design and implement resource mobilization strategies (including diversification of funding streams);
Experience engaging and securing funding from international donors, foundations, institutional supporters, and private sector partners;
Excellent writing, analytical, and strategic planning skills;
Ability to work with Tunisian and international NGOs and understanding of local/regional funding landscapes;
Fluency in French and English (Arabic is an asset).

Preferred (Highly Appreciated):

Previous work with startup support structures, incubators, accelerators, or ecosystem builders;
Experience aligning resource mobilization to innovation-driven programs, entrepreneur support services, and impact-oriented initiatives;
A strong professional network of potential funders and partners relevant to NGO and startup ecosystems.
