- Position Title: Logistics Assistant
- Location: Tunis, LST HQ

- Responsible to: Future Leaders Programme Manager
Under the supervision of the Programme Manager, the Logistics assistant will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth operation of all the project activities and the administrative functions
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the logistics of the project activities. This includes
- Preparing logistical work plan for all the activities in coordination with the volunteers
- Finding and coordinating venues and service suppliers
- Follow up of the participants’ selection procedure in coordination with the volunteers and the project Manager
- Contacting participants and make the necessary follow up
- Assist in the coordination and the organization of activities including visa, travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and activities’ participants and coordinating the logistics needs of Danish and international guests.
- Maintain accurate records relating to all aspects of preparation
- Assist with documents preparation and circulation
- Assist with minuting and reporting activities
- Assisting in drafting reports to donors when needed
- Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and experience
- A qualification in administration, finance or a related field or commensurate relevant practical experience;
- 3-5 years of experience in administration, logistics or a related area of work;
- Experience with an NGO is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheet and word-processing programmes; knowledge of accounting software an asset;
- Good command of Arabic, English and French, both in writing and speaking;
- Good team worker while able to work independently
- Good communication and social skills and ability to work in multicultural settings
- Clear interest in development field and youth
- Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills;
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Capacity to work under pressure and to adapt to changing priorities and needs;
