LDF Fellowship-MEPI Retour vers les opportunités

The LDF Fellowship engages emerging leaders across sectors in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in identifying innovative ways to address social and economic challenges in their local communities. This fellowship advances participants’ civic engagement and social entrepreneurship by providing advanced technical skills, financial and professional resources, and regional support networks. Emerging leaders with an established track record in civic engagement and social entrepreneurship are encouraged to apply for this application-based fellowship.

The LDF Fellowship is open to applicants between the ages of 28 and 35 with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience. All applicants must be able to function comfortably in Arabic-speaking academic and professional environments, and applicants for the English track must also be able to function comfortably in English-speaking environments. Chosen participants must have both the capacity, ability, and commitment to immediately apply the experience gained throughout the LDF Fellowship in benefiting their existing work in local communities.

يسعدنا أن نعلن أن باب تقديم الطلبات لنسخة عام 2023 من زمالة تنمية الرواد (LDF) مفتوح الآن. تهدف هذه الزمالة الممولة من قبل مبادرة الشراكة الامريكية الشرق أوسطية التابعة لوزارة الخارجية الأمريكية والمنفّذة من قبل منظمة World Learning إلى إشراك الرواد الصاعدين في مختلف القطاعات من منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا في تحديد طرق مبتكرة لمواجهة التحديات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية في المجتمعات المحلية.

تعمل زمالة تنمية الرواد على تعزيز المشاركة المدنيّة وريادة الأعمال الاجتماعيّة للمشاركين من خلال توفير مهارات تقنيّة متطورة، وموارد ماليّة ومهنيّة، وشبكات دعم إقليميّة. نشجع جميع الرواد الصاعدين الذين يتمتعون بسجل حافل في المشاركة المدنية وريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية على التقدم بطلب للمشاركة في زمالة تنمية الرواد المستندة على التطبيق.

إنّ فرصة التقديم للمشاركة في برنامج LDF متاحة للذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 28 و35 سنة والمتحصِّلين كحدّ أدنى على شهادة جامعية والذين لديهم على الأقل خمس سنوات من الخبرة المهنية. على جميع المتقدمين إلى زمالة تنمية الرواد أن يكونوا ذوي مهارات عالية في اللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية مما يسمح لهم بالعمل بيئات أكاديمية ومهنية ناطقة باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية. على جميع المتقدمين المؤهلين أن يمتلكوا كل من الكفاءة والقدرة والالتزام بالتطبيق الفوري للمعارف والمهارات المكتسبة خلال زمالة تنمية الرواد وبعد انقضائها، لإفادة منظمة و / أو قطاع معين في بلدانهم.
