Fellowship Program description:

The Lazord fellowship is a one-year regional program with chapters in Egypt, Jordan, and Tunisia. Fellows from the three chapters meet twice annually for two regional retreats. The program has been running since 2010 with its pilot in Egypt and has been growing internationally since then. After a competitive recruitment effort, fellows are selected in each country and placed for one year in a local organization working to benefit their local community. Each fellow receives trainings provided by local Lazord representatives as well as mentorship to help him/her realize his/her full potential as a responsible leader.

Being a host organization for a Lazord fellow means not only taking an active role in the professionalization of a young graduate, but also adding an active and engaged member to

your team. The program lasts one year during which your organization can host a Lazord fellow as an integral member of your team. The local Lazord partner will provide your organization with networking opportunities.
