Job Description  

1- Ensure workstation and software operability and workstation network connectivity. 2- Installs and tests computers and related devices on the local area network. 3- Install, configure and maintain user workstations, software and associated peripherals. 4- Administrative task (Laptop & IT device assignment, preparing purchase request (PR), Signing of  

Waybill and Goods Received Notes (GRN), Putting together specifications or TOR for review. 5- Travel Authorization, Travel Expense Report (TER). Procurement log number, where to submit  requisition, etc. Signing of digital document. 

6- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment. 

7- Act as Helpdesk Tier 1 escalation 

8- Support project field activities (Video conferencing setup ie Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.)

9- Serves as a liaison between ISPs and IT department to resolve issues. 

10- Perform other tasks and assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
