 Invitation for Proposals – Comprehensive Role: Regional Coordinator – Youth Economic Empowerment Initiative

Beder extends a warm invitation for qualified individuals to submit innovative proposals for the challenging yet rewarding position of Regional Coordinator in Tunis or Ben Arous or Ariana and Manouba within our Youth Economic Empowerment Initiative. In partnership with FHI360 and Ma3an, this initiative aims to bring about transformative change in the lives of young individuals across the governorates of Tunis, Ben Arous, Manouba and Ariana.

About the Initiative:

Our initiative is designed to empower youth by addressing economic challenges, facilitating access to opportunities for civic and economic progress, and providing the necessary tools for integration into the labor market or the establishment of entrepreneurial ventures.

Responsibilities of the Regional Coordinator:

• Forge strong connections and act as a catalyst between the project and our young beneficiaries.
• Establish and maintain robust communication channels with institutional actors, administrations, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to identify and engage potential beneficiaries.
• Organize and execute diverse project activities, including workshops, training sessions, and community events.
• Monitor and evaluate project impact, collecting data and insights to inform continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with local partners and organizations to leverage resources and enhance project outcomes.
• Address challenges proactively, adapting strategies to ensure project goals are met effectively.

We Seek:

An individual with a proven track record in coordinating multifaceted youth-centric projects, particularly those focused on economic empowerment. Your ability to communicate persuasively, navigate local networks, and manage projects will be pivotal to our success.

Interested candidates are invited to submit comprehensive proposals, including a detailed CV and a cover letter outlining relevant experience and qualifications, by February 5th to contact@beder.org and louay.cherni@beder.org with “Regional Coordinator (Tunis or Ben Arous or Ariana and Manouba)” as the email title

Proposals will be rigorously evaluated based on your experience, qualifications, understanding of the local context, and your proposed strategies for coordinating and ensuring the success of project activities.
