The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an international non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. NRC advocates for the rights of displacement-affected populations and in Libya and currently works in the following core competencies; Shelter, Education, Livelihoods and Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA). NRC has been present in Libya since 2018, and with our country office located in Tunis, Tunisia.  The Norwegian Refugee Council – Libya and through our country office located in Tunisia, is announcing an Invitation to Bid for long term agreement (FWA) for accommodation services in Tunis City.
