Internship – Community Manager

The BLUE TN team is growing and opening its doors to young people passionate about social media and content creation, who are eager to be part of a unique adventure within a dynamic, creative, and deeply committed team. Together, we carry out projects that blend journalistic rigor with artistic expression, with the goal of reinventing the environmental narrative in Tunisia and amplifying a voice that is free, bold, and grounded in the realities on the ground.

Founded in 2021, BLUE TN is Tunisia’s first 100% ecological media outlet. As an independent digital platform, we blend rigorous journalism, creative storytelling, and environmental advocacy to raise awareness and spark public debate on ecological issues.

We promote environmental rights as fundamental human rights, advocating for access to information, public participation, and environmental justice.

Internationally recognized for its innovation and impact, BLUE TN has received awards from Deutsche Welle and Accede International, and is the first Tunisian media certified by the Journalism Trust Initiative (RSF).

Through accessible formats and strong ethical standards, BLUE TN is reshaping the environmental narrative in Tunisia and beyond.

What we are looking for?

As part of the development of our digital communication strategy, BLUE TN is looking for a Community Manager Intern, passionate about social media, storytelling, and environmental and social causes.

Main responsibilities:

• Contribute to managing and growing BLUE TN’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)

• Create engaging and visually appealing content (reels, posts, carousels, stories…)

• Contribute to editorial strategy and content planning

• Monitor Blue tn digital content and trends.

• Interact with our online community and foster engagement

Profile:

• Background in communication, digital marketing, journalism, or similar (not mandatory)

• Proficiency in social media platforms and visual content tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

• Strong writing skills (in Derja, Arabic, French and English depending on the target audience)

• Creativity, autonomy, and organizational skills

• Strong interest in environmental, social, or civic issues
